I was born in Washington D.C. and grew up in Virginia, but I am a huge New York sports fan, thanks to both sides of my family being from New Jersey. Naturally, I enjoy watching all sports, but I also am really into the business of sports teams and how they operate behind the scenes. This past summer, I had a sports writing internship that covered Washington sports teams, and this was my first glimpse into the everyday business, and I enjoyed it very much<\/p>\n
Other than sports, I am a huge music fan. I’ll listen to just about everything, but my favorite genre has to be Hip Hop and R&B. Ask anyone who knows me, I went crazy when Frank Ocean finally dropped his album (if you don’t know who that is, google it. You’ll see I wasn’t alone in waiting for this album).\u00a0I also am very involved in my fraternity, Kappa Sigma. Most likely you’ll see me wearing a Greek shirt just about every class.<\/p>\n
I am hoping to expand and grow my knowledge the digital media process, what goes into it, and how it operates as a whole in this class. I’m excited for this class, and can’t wait to get started.<\/p>\n
