Here&#8217;s a list of pictures that I used for this tutorial:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.jasonbdiamond.com\/wp-content\/themes\/Studios\/images\/filler-and-injectable-guide-model.png\">Model<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com\/564x\/13\/06\/08\/1306084befaa46c0c68932e8fd1cb4dc.jpg\">Splash<\/a><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the model image.<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/s30.postimg.org\/lgncwbezl\/image.png?resize=1280%2C719&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"1280\" height=\"719\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Use the magic eraser to erase the black background.<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/s18.postimg.org\/d2jwne6pl\/image.png?resize=1280%2C720&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Make a new canvas. Here I&#8217;m using 1280*720 px for dimensions.<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/s18.postimg.org\/uvpx06l4p\/image.png?resize=1280%2C720&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Drag the model picture to the new canvas. Resize the picture however you like.<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/s29.postimg.org\/lmavatf4n\/image.png?resize=1280%2C720&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Open the splash picture, and use magic eraser to erase the white portion.<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/s24.postimg.org\/a05jsrldh\/image.png?resize=1280%2C719&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"1280\" height=\"719\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Drag the splash picture to the canvas we made, and resize it so that it covers at least the model&#8217;s face.<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/s29.postimg.org\/6dgtfioiv\/image.png?resize=1280%2C720&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Make a new layer and fill it white.<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/s16.postimg.org\/govlp07r9\/image.png?resize=1280%2C720&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Make sure you selected the new layer painted with whilte. Then ctrl+click (Mac: command+click) the highlighted area, then ctrl+shift+i (Mac: command+shift+i) to inverse select.<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/s23.postimg.org\/chyxwi0aj\/image.png?resize=1280%2C720&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Click on the mask icon highlighted below.<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/s23.postimg.org\/myios536z\/image.png?resize=1280%2C720&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Make the splash layer invisible.<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/s28.postimg.org\/mgdswaxal\/image.png?resize=1280%2C720&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Change the image however you like. Here, I&#8217;m just making the model image darker.<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/s29.postimg.org\/64wls0z3b\/image.png?resize=1280%2C718&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"1280\" height=\"718\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Make a new layer, and use the brush tool to paint some colors of your choice. Set the effect to screen so that you can see the effect.
