In this tutorial I will go over the steps of how to create a cinemagraph in Photoshop.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>If you want to make a Gif with the easy way, you can select a YouTube video and use <a href=\"http:\/\/freegifmaker.me\/\">http:\/\/freegifmaker.me\/<\/a>. If you want to challenge yourself, you can check out Jen\u2019s tutorial on how to make Gif by yourself in Photoshop <a href=\"http:\/\/annettevee.com\/2016cdm\/2016\/10\/21\/how-to-make-gifs\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In this tutorial, I\u2019m using this Gif:<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-1079\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/annettevee.com\/2016cdm\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/freegifmaker.me_29ToX-1.gif?resize=300%2C169\" alt=\"freegifmaker-me_29tox\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Window-Timeline<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/Users\/amsyang\/Downloads\/1.jpg\" \/><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/s16.postimg.org\/6m7q5maph\/image.jpg?resize=1280%2C720&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Select all layers on the right-Crop the picture if you don\u2019t like the watermark on the bottom.<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/s13.postimg.org\/v2oaausnr\/image.jpg?resize=1280%2C720&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" \/><\/li>\n<li>Use space key to play the Gif over and over again to see how the footage could be a loop in motion, instead of letting viewers notice an obvious gap between the end and the beginning of the Gif. Delete unnecessary frames.<\/li>\n<li>Paint over the section where you want the movement to be. This layer can be seen as a layer mask.
