I’m a pop-culture lover pursuing a degree in Media and Professional Communications with the hopes of working in PR. When I’m not in class or at work, I spend most of my time either watching TV or movies. I enjoy watching shows ranging from The Real Housewives of New York City to Game of Thrones, and my favorite movie is Pride & Prejudice. It’s safe to say I like a variety of genres. I was able to showcase my love for all things pop-culture related when I was a BuzzFeed Community Contributor. I made different posts and quizzes including ones about celebrities, Harry Potter, and Friends. During this time I learned how to make gifs and how to mess around with images. I gained millions of views and was one of the top contributors of 2015, but I became too obsessed with the numbers aspect of it which is why I eventually stopped posting. I also do activities that aren’t technology related like play for Pitt’s Quidditch team. We basically play the sport from Harry Potter on the ground with brooms, dodgeballs and hoops.
